Barcelona Business School students complete a three year Bachelor’s degree while working inside real companies and alongside industry mentors from day one. Students complete four courses per year over three years and each semester pairs academic study with a managed work experience, so students graduate with a credential and a portfolio of real work employers can see, not just a transcript. BBS also builds AI fluency into every year: students learn to build with AI, not just use it, so they graduate ready for how business actually works now.

BBS students pursue a three year Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management, Economics and Finance, or Finance. Programmes are designed to be completed in three years, four courses per year. Teaching is face to face, tutorials are small group, and every module is paired with real company work experience in Barcelona. At BBS, learning is structured across three layers. Academic theory is delivered through face-to-face tutorials with 24/7 access to session materials, structured study tools, and progress tracking. Case analysis is applied through guided team projects and interactive workshops using real company data. The final layer is a live company challenge where students apply their learning to a real brief from a corporate partner in Barcelona.
This is all powered by BBS’s own proprietary technology, built in-house to give each student individualized support so they can master the material, test themselves against exam-style questions, and see their strengths and weaknesses. That allows our PhD-led mentors to monitor students and spend time for what actually matters: applying what students know inside real companies, not creating classroom presentations.

Over three years, BBS students complete a minimum of three managed work experiences, group projects co-designed with real companies operating in Barcelona, and three individual mentorship placements with established professionals. That’s a minimum of six career-building experiences layered directly onto the academic curriculum, not an add-on. Students leave with a CV, a network, and a portfolio employers can verify.

At BBS, you work in cohorts of 15 to 20 students, applying what you study directly to real briefs from companies in Barcelona’s startup and finance ecosystem. You present your work to industry professionals, not just classmates.

BBS provides independent academic support for globally recognised international degree programmes. The annual tuition fee for the BBS support programme is €11,000. This fee covers the complete BBS residency experience, which includes intensive PhD-led mentorship, structured industry projects, and professional portfolio development. Registration and examination fees for the degree itself are separate and paid directly to the awarding university (estimated at €3,500 – €4,500 per year). Apply now for the Sept 2026 intake.
